We represent employees from across the State of Illinois in workers' compensation cases pending in front of Arbitrators, Commissioners and Appellate Courts.  We represent a wide range of employers from small "mom and pop" employers to the largest corporations.  We also represent insurance companies in addition to municipalities and self-insureds. Our firm handles issues dealing with defense of workers' compensation cases.  Also, a member of our firm has been successful in the past of handling a claim that involved a fraudulent claim which the person received a felony conviction for a fraudulent claim filed under the Illinois Workers' Comepensation Act.
